OLS Elementary Children's Ministry!

The OLS Elementary Children's Ministry (ECM) hosts events once a month for all parish children in the 1st-5th grades. The ECM functions under a three-part mission: 
​
  • To strengthen the children's faith through fun activities, which are both spiritual and prayerful. 
  • To establish fellowship opportunities for the children, especially bridging the gap of unfamiliarity between the PSR program and OLS school. This is also true for the parents as well, as they are asked to stay during the events. 
  • ​To provide parents with resources to catechize their children in the home.
  • To foster a tradition of attending youth group, so that they will continue, whether out of habit or desire, to join the middle and high school youth groups during those critical times in their lives.
